Расположение: Chaoyang, Beijing
Обязанности:

1.Improve and optimize the mainmaterial and accessories based on the related department feedback, adjust the notideal factors to adapt to the company requirements, better service to clients,increase competition.
2.Develop and improve the designtools, and relevant design, products and service
3.Design different styleaccessories and product in bundles program combine with the fashion trend
4.Understand the industriesrecent news, consumer psychology and life style, keep the information intofiles.
5.Collect and keep theinformation about the design new concept, new technical, new process and newmaterials
6.Analysis the villa house typeand layout combine with the life style
7.Proceed the designers ability improvementand training

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or the above, 5years furniture design, exhibition design or interior design
2.Familiar with luxury villadesign and construction process, large-scale villa, home design relatedexperience is preferred.
3.Familiar with some designtools, such as 3DMAX, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, etc. basic hand-drawingpresentation.
4.Familiar with home furnishingsystem operation, deep understanding of home accessories( furniture, lights,carpet, wallpaper, curtain, etc.) finish the whole design program in regulartime
5.Sense of responsibilities,positive attitude, good communication, team player, coordination ability,consciousness innovation.
6.Communication in English is preferred.
